Welcome to the products and services provided by shophappys (hereinafter referred to as "the Platform"). These Terms of Service (hereinafter referred to as "the Terms") constitute a legal agreement between you and the Platform regarding the use of the Platform's services. Please read and fully understand these Terms before registering, browsing, purchasing, or using any service of the Platform. Your use of the Platform's services shall be deemed as your acceptance of all provisions of these Terms.


1. Service Scope and Usage Rules

  • Service Content: The Platform provides you with online sales, delivery, and related after-sales services for products such as clothing, footwear, and accessories. The specific services shall be subject to the actual display and provision on the Platform.
  • Account Usage: You are required to register and maintain true and accurate account information (including but not limited to name, contact information, address, etc.) and shall be responsible for all activities conducted under your account. Do not disclose your account information to others. If your account is compromised due to your own reasons, you shall bear the relevant responsibilities.
  • Prohibited Conduct: You shall not use the Platform for any illegal or irregular activities, including but not limited to: posting false information, fraudulent transactions, infringing on others' intellectual property rights, spreading malicious software, etc. In case of violation, the Platform reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account usage and retain the right to pursue legal liability.


2. Orders and Transactions

  • Order Confirmation: An order is deemed confirmed once you submit it on the Platform and complete the payment (except for special products that require confirmation by the Platform). Order information shall be subject to the records in the Platform's system, including product name, price, quantity, delivery address, etc.
  • Pricing and Inventory: Product prices on the Platform may change due to promotions, inventory adjustments, etc. The price at the time of your payment shall be the final price for the order. If a product cannot be shipped due to insufficient inventory, the Platform will promptly notify you and process a refund.
  • Payment Methods: You may complete payment through the payment methods supported by the Platform (such as credit cards, third-party payment services, etc.) and shall comply with the regulations of the relevant payment institutions during the payment process. In case of transaction issues caused by payment system failures, the Platform will assist you in communicating with the payment institution for resolution.
  • Delivery Services: The Platform will arrange delivery based on the address you provide. The delivery time shall be subject to the description on the product page or logistics information. If delivery fails due to non-Platform reasons such as incorrect address or unclaimed, you may be responsible for the secondary delivery fee.


3. Product Returns, Exchanges, and After-Sales Services

  • Return and Exchange Policy:
    • Within 7 days from the date of receipt, if the product meets the "does not affect secondary sales" conditions (including but not limited to intact product tags, unused and unworn, no stains or damage, etc.), you may apply for a return or exchange. The return shipping fee shall be borne by you (except for products with quality issues).
    • Products with quality issues: If the received product has obvious quality defects (such as damage, wrong delivery, size mismatch, etc.), please contact customer service within 48 hours of receipt and provide relevant evidence. The Platform will arrange a free return or exchange for you and bear the round-trip shipping fees.
    • Some special products (such as intimate apparel, customized products, etc.) do not support returns or exchanges unless there is a quality issue. For details, please refer to the product detail page.
  • After-Sales Handling: If you have any questions about products or services, you may contact us through the Platform's customer service hotline, online customer service, etc. We will respond within 24 hours of receiving your feedback and resolve the issue within a reasonable time frame.


4. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on the Platform (including but not limited to trademarks, logos, images, text, designs, software, etc.) is owned by the Platform or relevant rights holders and is protected by law. Without the written permission of the Platform, you shall not arbitrarily copy, disseminate, modify, or use any intellectual property content of the Platform; otherwise, you shall bear the liability for infringement.


5. Disclaimer

The Platform endeavors to ensure the accuracy of product information but shall not be liable for minor differences between product images, descriptions, and the actual product (such as color deviations caused by different display devices). The actual product shall prevail.
The Platform shall not be liable for service interruptions, order delays, etc., caused by force majeure (such as natural disasters, epidemics, logistics shutdowns, etc.), but will make every effort to take remedial measures to reduce the impact.
Third-party websites accessed through links on the Platform have their own terms of service and privacy policies independent of the Platform. The Platform shall not be liable for the content or actions of third-party websites.


6. Modification and Termination of the Terms

The Platform reserves the right to modify these Terms in accordance with business development or changes in laws and regulations. The modified Terms will be posted on the homepage of the Platform and shall take effect upon posting. Your continued use of the Platform's services shall be deemed as acceptance of the modified Terms.
If you seriously violate these Terms or laws and regulations, the Platform reserves the right to terminate the provision of services to you at any time without assuming any liability for compensation.
