2. Orders and Transactions
- Order Confirmation: An order is deemed confirmed once you submit it on the Platform and complete the payment (except for special products that require confirmation by the Platform). Order information shall be subject to the records in the Platform's system, including product name, price, quantity, delivery address, etc.
- Pricing and Inventory: Product prices on the Platform may change due to promotions, inventory adjustments, etc. The price at the time of your payment shall be the final price for the order. If a product cannot be shipped due to insufficient inventory, the Platform will promptly notify you and process a refund.
- Payment Methods: You may complete payment through the payment methods supported by the Platform (such as credit cards, third-party payment services, etc.) and shall comply with the regulations of the relevant payment institutions during the payment process. In case of transaction issues caused by payment system failures, the Platform will assist you in communicating with the payment institution for resolution.
- Delivery Services: The Platform will arrange delivery based on the address you provide. The delivery time shall be subject to the description on the product page or logistics information. If delivery fails due to non-Platform reasons such as incorrect address or unclaimed, you may be responsible for the secondary delivery fee.
3. Product Returns, Exchanges, and After-Sales Services
- Return and Exchange Policy:
- Within 7 days from the date of receipt, if the product meets the "does not affect secondary sales" conditions (including but not limited to intact product tags, unused and unworn, no stains or damage, etc.), you may apply for a return or exchange. The return shipping fee shall be borne by you (except for products with quality issues).
- Products with quality issues: If the received product has obvious quality defects (such as damage, wrong delivery, size mismatch, etc.), please contact customer service within 48 hours of receipt and provide relevant evidence. The Platform will arrange a free return or exchange for you and bear the round-trip shipping fees.

- After-Sales Handling: If you have any questions about products or services, you may contact us through the Platform's customer service hotline, online customer service, etc. We will respond within 24 hours of receiving your feedback and resolve the issue within a reasonable time frame.
